Goodies and new things!

Hey y'all! I've made a few updates to:

- The BBS TUI (have a read through of this post with it, it's great!)
- The webpages wording, consistency, and everything really.
- Our `finger` implementation, which now is a bit less like UNIX finger and a bit more secure.
- The login MOTD, which now prompts you to review `man salyut`!
