More updates to salyut.one!

Hey y'all. You may have noticed the site got a liiittle spruce up. I've cleaned up a lot of the behind-the-scenes code, and soon enough we'll be ready to invite more people. I'm also opening some new proposals for y'all to vote on (one of which you might have already seen under the proposals board!)

More updates coming soon, as always. I'm looking to also add a user registration form to the website itself, which will most likely be something I still have to filter and manually approve. As always, let me know in Proposals if you guys want anything. Peace for now o7
